Services
WDA provides website design, website development, responsive design, optimization, integrations, maintenance, and related digital services according to the selected package, proposal, or written agreement.
Proposals and Project Scope
The specific project scope, timeline, deliverables, revisions, pricing, and responsibilities will be described in the applicable proposal or agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
Payments
Payment terms will be stated in the client’s proposal or agreement. Work may be paused if a required payment is late. Final files, credentials, or website ownership may be withheld until all outstanding balances are paid.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, approvals, login credentials, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in receiving required materials may affect delivery dates.
Revisions
Included revisions depend on the selected package or agreement. Additional revisions, redesign requests, or changes after approval may be billed separately.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
After full payment, the client receives ownership of the final website deliverables specifically created for the project, except for third-party assets, licensed software, fonts, plugins, templates, and tools governed by separate licenses.
Third-Party Services
Domains, hosting, payment processors, plugins, APIs, email services, and other third-party products may be subject to separate fees and terms. WDA is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, suspensions, or failures.
Cancellations and Refunds
